Peruweld is a recognized player in the heavy industrial boilermaking sector, committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. As part of our development, we are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations.

Contract Type: Permanent
Experience Required: 5 years or more in a similar role
Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
• Reporting directly to the CTO, supervise the entire manufacturing process, from planning to delivery.
• Manage and lead a team of operators and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards.
• Optimize production processes and propose areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, logistics, and R&D departments.
• Monitor performance indicators and provide regular reports.
Desired Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in industrial engineering, production, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in production and team management.
• Proficiency in planning tools and Lean/5S methodologies.
• Leadership, rigor, organizational skills, and team spirit.
